DAY 1 : ENDE – MONI
Arriving at Ende Airport, you will be picked up by our guide to the prepared vehicle and continue the journey to Moni. It takes about 3 hours to go to Moni which is the gateway to Kelimutu Three Color Lake. Arriving at Moni you will be escorted to the hotel to rest and have dinner.
DAY 2 : MONI – KELIMUTU – MBAY
In the morning at 04.00, we will wake up early and get ready to go to Kelimutu. After arriving at the parking lot we will do trekking for about 30 minutes to the top of Kelimutu, to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and view of the three-colored lake. We are at the top of Kelimutu about 1 hour then return via the same route to the hotel for breakfast and prepare to continue the journey to Ende. Arriving in Ende we will visit the exile place of Indonesia’s First President Bung Karno, Ende market and then have lunch. After lunch, it’s about 3 hours drive through a winding road with views of the ocean and land to Mbay, the capital of Nagekeo Regency. Arriving in Mbay we headed to the hotel to rest and dinner.
DAY 3 : MBAY – KAWA VILLAGE – RIUNG
After breakfast at the hotel, you and your guide will visit the Japanese Cave and Sutami Dam, the main water gate for irrigation of rice fields in Mbay, then continue to Labolewa Village which is the gateway to Kawa Traditional Village. Arriving at Labolewa Village, the guide will take you to Kawa village by passing through the forest with various trees that live like in the wild. On the way to Kawa village, you will also stop at a place which is 2 Km from Labolewa Village, which is a natural stone, in the local language it is called “Watu Gong” because this stone when struck will sound like a gong with varying tones. In addition to various trees you will also find animals such as buffalo, cows and horses that are allowed to roam in nature. Arriving at Kawa Village you will be greeted by local residents through the tribal chief by performing traditional rituals, a sign that you are the first guest to enter Kawa village. Being in this village, you are kept away from the urban atmosphere with the habits of local residents such as gardening, raising livestock and others. After being in Kawa Village, we return to Labolewa via the same route, have lunch and then head to Riung. Arriving in Riung we headed to the hotel for rest and dinner.
DAY 4 : RIUNG – BAJAWA
After breakfast you head to the sea port by using local wooden boat that has been prepared to explore the islands with various beautiful underwater gardens and islands filled with thousands of bats. After exploring the marine park, we return to the harbor for lunch and return to the hotel to continue the journey to Bajawa, Arriving at Bajawa we stay and have dinner.
DAY 5 : BAJAWA – SOA
After breakfast, we will head to Soa Airport to continue our flight to our next destination.
